  2. Solid waste disposal
  3. Local government transparency
  4. Zero owed in 2010; why $8.9 million owed now on county palace?
  5. Distributed solar power for jobs including GA SB 41 vs. failing nuclear power
  6. Fast Internet access everywhere
  7. Other
