About these documents
These documents were obtained from the
Valdosta-Lowndes County Industrial Authority (VLCIA) in January 2012
in response to an open records request by Matt Flumerfelt, and given to LAKE.
They are about VLCIA's relations with its Project Excel,
which is a proposed private prison in Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia,
for Corrections Corporation of America (CCA).
