This horse was found on a call by animal contol officer Ronnie Ganas the week of September 13, 2010 and was also in open records along with the bull dog that was denided vet care/euthenasia, he advisd Linda Patelski the horse could not get up and needed medical attention, she advised him she was not going to provide vet care; the he needed to call the Equine department of the GDA.
