Update 2022-03-18: Unanimously voted down: Miller Bridge Road subdivision @ LCC 2022-02-08.
The developer of the proposed 5.c. REZ-2022-03 Windy Hill Subdivision, 7532 Miller Bridge Rd. plans to make a presentation this evening at the voting Regular Session, we heard at yesterday morning’s February 7, 2022, Work Session of the Lowndes County Commission.

This PD amendment is to a previously approved proposed apartment complex that was the DCA Section 42 competitor to what eventually became Freedom Heights on Bemiss Road. This 7.32 acres has been for sale ever since that project did not get DCA approval.
Developer plans on selling the town homes (according to planning commission meeting) but it is not clear if they will be sold as individual units, buildings, or the entire complex.

Coleman Road NW looks like it will get paved in the not too distant future.

A bit further out, but Kinderlou-Clyattville Road also scheduled to be paved.
