We may charge a fee of 25¢ per page and an hourly rate that is based on the salary of the lowest paid full time employee who has the skill and training necessary to satisfy the request; there is no charge for the first quarter hour.

I am sending my request for open records like we talked about on the phone today 10/6/2010this will be from 3/1/2010 to date 10/6/2010 including Lowndes County Animal Services yearly evaluations and reprimands.
- Any and all emails and paper from Pat Smith, Animal Protection Dept of Agr. in reference to Lowndes County Animal Services. Statements, cruelty investigations, interviews and/or meetings.
- Any and all emails and/or correspondence, statements to and from Lowndes County Manager, human resources (Joe Prichard, Paige Dukes, Suzanna Pittman, Mikey Tillman) to the Department of Agr. Mary Green, Vanessa Smith and Pat Smith.
- All Complaints to the department of agr. that went through Pat Smith to Dept. of Agr. Animal Protection
- All emails, paper and correspondence from the Dept of Agr to Lowndes County Board of Commissioners.
Please let me know if this is ok…I have never filed an open records request before so please bare with me.
