Pete Marte attributed Governor Nathan Deal signing HB 346 into law with its $15 million of tax credits partly to Chairman Sonny Murphy of Sterling Planet calling the governor. We already heard from state Sen. Tim Golden that he and Sonny Murphy grew up together.
