Glen Laurel and Comparable Subdivisions

An interesting series of exchanges here. First Coy Brightwell compared the proposed Glen Laurel subdivision (on Old Pine Road) to the existing Greyfield subdivision (off Oak Street Extension) with a number of specific points: run down quickly, rental property, etc.:

In which Chairman Ashley Paulk asserts that he is code enforcement. Also that Bluefield subdivision is in the city of Valdosta:

That’s true, but Greyfield, which is the one Coy Brightwell detailed as a comparable example, is not in the city.
